1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using wg8 bet at wg8bet.lat, creating an account, placing a bet, or claiming any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform immediately.

wg8 bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page is revised. Continued use of the platform after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register on wg8 bet, you must meet all of the following:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Provide accurate, current personal information during registration (full name, date of birth, phone number, and valid payment method).
• Hold only one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure.

wg8 bet reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. Registration does not guarantee account approval — accounts are subject to internal review.

3. Account Rules & Responsibilities

Keeping your account secure

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password. wg8 bet will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately at [email protected].

Accurate information

Your name on the account must match the name on your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account). Mismatched details will delay withdrawals and may trigger a KYC review.

One account rule

Operating multiple accounts — including using a family member's account to claim duplicate bonuses — is a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

wg8 bet accepts deposits through the following methods:

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). wg8 bet does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may have its own charges. Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your name.

5. Withdrawals & KYC

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳100,000. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 20 minutes. First-time withdrawals may take up to 1 hour while your KYC is reviewed.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal, you must submit one of the following identity documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

KYC reviews are completed within 2 hours of document submission. You will receive confirmation by email. Withdrawal requests remain pending until verification is complete.

6. Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by wg8 bet are subject to the following general conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: 120% on your first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10× the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Reload Bonus: 25% on subsequent qualifying deposits.
• Daily Cashback: 1.0% of net losses, credited automatically.
• Referral Bonus: ৳100 per successful referral who completes first deposit.

Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money balance is used first. Bonuses expire 7 days after credit unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots generally contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute less. Check the specific bonus page for exact contribution rates.

wg8 bet reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if any abuse, exploitation, or manipulation of promotion rules is detected.

7. Gameplay & Fair Use

All games on wg8 bet — including slots from CQ9, Red Tiger, Sexy Gaming, Habanero, JDB, and PG Soft — use certified random number generators (RNG). Published RTP percentages are theoretical averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.

Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with games or the betting platform is strictly prohibited. Such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Opening more than one account
• Providing false identity or payment information

10. Termination & Suspension

wg8 bet may suspend or close your account at any time with or without prior notice if:

• KYC documents cannot be verified within a reasonable period
• You request self-exclusion

Upon account closure for rule violations, any bonus funds and winnings derived from those bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money funds may be returned after investigation, at wg8 bet's discretion.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will still be processed according to normal timelines, provided KYC is complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

wg8 bet provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause brief downtime. Open bets at the time of a technical failure will be settled fairly based on available data.

wg8 bet is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on your end, actions of third-party payment processors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

You agree that your use of the platform is at your own risk, and that gambling involves the real possibility of losing money. wg8 bet does not guarantee any winnings.
